If you haven't heard of XSitePro web development software, you're about to find the answer to all of your web design headaches.
With the state of software currently, there's no reason to learn the tedious, somewhat mind-numbing (for me at least) tasks of manually coding using HTML If you choose to do it the hard way, you'd better have an understanding of javascript, CSS, php and the other specifics of setting up a good quality, functional website. At least if you want to do the many things that are possible.
I truly admire the programmers that can do it all, but it's just not something I choose to do. Don't get me wrong, I do know some HTML and CSS, but when it comes time to put up a new money-making (hopefully) site, I always just click on XSitePro, now in version 2, and I'm ready to go.
